Hi, I am Marie-Laure
Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—it’s always been a way for me to express myself. I discovered yoga after moving to London, and it became a regular part of my life in 2009.

Having experienced injury myself, I’ve come to deeply appreciate mindful, gentle movement. My teaching is rooted in the belief that movement can be a powerful tool for building self-confidence, cultivating self-compassion, and reconnecting with the body in a meaningful way.

My classes are grounding, accessible, and nurturing, centered around breath and intentional movement. They offer a supportive space for anyone looking to gently return to movement, unwind, find balance, restore energy, and build strength from the inside out.
